Combination Resume: Job seekers are always seeking alternate strategies to set themselves apart from others. Hence, the reason more individuals are utilizing a combination style.
With a twist, a combination resume contains similar characteristics to a chronological format. Alternate categories such as, career highlights, skills & abilities, achievements, and special skills, are headings commonly used within creative, combination-style documents. These categories allow the reader to see necessary skills, highlights, and achievements within the critical top section of the document rather than this information mingling within the body.
This format is fast becoming a favorite because of its lack of layout boundaries. A candidate can easily highlight the important information each employer seeks.
